OneEcoStep is a business that has been set up to support and bring focus to the need for us all to take care of our environment for now and for our future generation.  We intend to achieve this by selling and giving our conscious minded consumers a choice with organic and eco friendly goods. Payment options :

Online purchasing is through Pay pal (Master card, Visa and other major credit cards).

You could also pay by bank transfer. Kindly contact us at  contact@oneecostep.com  or call 65-81132204 for bank details.

Return policy :

In the event of wrong shipment or defect we will exchange the items and the shipping cost will be absorbed by us. However in the case of wrong selection from your side the item will still be exchanged but the shipping cost will be borne by you. In case you are not satisfied with our product simply send us an email and we will refund your full payment (please keep the items in its original condition). Please post the item back to us.

The item will be exchanged or full amount refunded provided it is in its original conditions with its tag and the original packaging. For all the above issue kindly send us an email with your order details at sales@oneecostep.com

Privacy :

We take your privacy seriously and we do not rent, sell, or share your personal information with any other companies or individual. The information that we collect will be strictly used for providing you with better services.

Certification :

Organic cotton - we use organic cotton which is grown , hand picked by family farmers and the complete textile process done in India by Union Control (f.k.a SKAL) certified suppliers. Not only the fabric is organic, the entire cutting and stitching process is organic certified.

Soap Nut : We get our soap nut from India which is grown wild and picked by the local tribal people. No processing has been done other than cracking the shell to remove the seeds. However there is no Organic certification available for soap nut.

Delivery : Your goods will be sent out usually between 3 to 5 working days after the receipt of the order.
